How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who Picks Up the Phone
Totousb Floor Coating is a referral service, so there is no crew that shows up at your door from us. When you send a request or call, you are being introduced to an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. It runs its own schedule, sets its own prices and does the coating work.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give a fair written estimate.
- Where is the floor: garage, basement, porch or workshop?
- About how big is it?
- Is the concrete new, old, cracked or stained?
- Has it ever been sealed or coated?
- Does water show up after storms or spring thaw?
- What look do you want, from a plain finish to custom floor finishes?
Photos can help, but they are not required.
Questions to Put to a Provider
You are allowed to ask plenty. A few good ones:
- How will you prepare the slab, and what repairs are included?
- Which material do you suggest, and why that one over the others?
- How long before I can walk on it, and park on it?
- What is covered if the coating peels or chips, and for how long?
- Is the quote in writing, with the full price and scope?
- Do you carry your own licensing and insurance, as your state requires?
A clear provider will answer without fuss.
The Decision Is Yours
No one at Totousb Floor Coating will push you toward a job. Compare estimates. Ask for time if you need it. Say no if it does not feel right. Typical U.S. prices for garage coatings vary widely by size, prep and material, so a written quote is the only number that counts.
