If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by writing to the provider. Keep copies of everything you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Totousb Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
