How Matching Works
It is a short path:
- You read about the services or send a request.
- You share the basics: the space, the rough size, your zip code and what bugs you about the floor.
- We pass your request to a provider in our network who works in your area.
- The provider contacts you, asks questions and sends a written estimate.
That is all. You are never required to hire anyone.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to explain the scope of the job, put prices in writing, describe the prep work and respect your decision. You should still check each provider's own licensing and insurance, since rules vary by state.
